The Families’ Ministries aim to empower parents in their God given role to Nurture and Train their children with Godly morals. Bringing all families together, caring and looking out for one another through teaching, support groups and social activities.
FAMILY ACTIVITIES
Social events aimed at bringing church families together across the age ranges are regularly planned. These include fun days and pool parties.
FAMILY HOME GROUPS
There are several home groups which focus on meeting the needs of families with toddlers and primary children. These groups seek to empower parents in their God given role to Nurture and Train their children with Godly morals through studying topics relevant to parents.
PARENTING COURSES
An aim of the families ministry is to have parenting courses running that will benefit not just our church parents, but also non-church parents. Two of the courses that are regularly run are Focus on the Family’s “Starting Points Course” and the “Primary Toolbox” Course from Parent’s Inc.
